The Chalet

You know what. It's damn stressful to book a chalet for a wonderful class desperate to see each other and get to together once again. Everyone seems to be pinning his/her hope on it. Joel called me on 31st March 11:55pm and urged me to pounce once registration starts on the 1st April 12am. haha... well here's what we got for now....

30/06/06 (Friday) - 01/07/06 (Saturday) (which means we book in on Friday afternoon and check out on Sunday afternoon)

Description: The single-storey chalet is fully furbished with a living room set with TV and games table; dining room; 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, furbished with beds (1 queen-sized and 6 single-sized), wardrobe, dresser, bedside table and wall fan; 4 toilets /bath with shower heater; BBQ pit and a fully equipped kitchen.

Games we might be able to catch on TV:
1) Germany VS Netherlands
2) Czech Republic VS France

---> Of course these are just my predictions, hopefully it'll be as accurate as how i predicted LIVERPOOL to win the champs league last year hahaha but I always predict them to win everything mah!! Okay la perhaps it's just fantasy. Nowadays International Football seems to be bugged with match fixing cases... (I still don't understand how GREECE won EURO 04?! Or how in the world did the 3rd place playoff for 2002 World Cup read Turkey VS South Korea?!). And if you consider the volatile nature of the characters-to-be like an English playboy manager who can't keep his mouth shut to a Saudi Arabian, or a German coach who prefers to live in California to Germany, World Cup is really unpredictable. But that's why it's so exciting! Somethings I wonder if these managers/players are paid to do all these senseless stunts haha..

Right before you get too excited and start ensuring you don't have anything on these 2 days, (poor Anuja's birthday is on 30th and she has a major dance performance on the 1st), you might like to know that all the above is simply a back up plan planned by brilliant chaletists Joel and Zhi Xuan. The REAL thing we are targetting is to get a chalet for 8th-9th JULY 06! Because that's purely weekend so the poor NS guys won't have to take leave on 30th June....and because on the 8th, there's the 3rd place play off and on the 9th, the FINAL!!! But I can't book it yet because they only allow us to book it strictly 3 months before so i can only try my luck on 8th April 12AM hahaha!! Then i'll update you guys... :)

And do throw me any suggestions you have...
