Apparently this sun (8th Apr) is the election day for the mayor of Tokyo Metropolis (東京都知事) and below is a clip featuring one of the 14 running candidates giving an official elaboration on his manifesto through mass media.

the speech itself is subbed in traditional Chinese, very sry to anuja and those who can't read traditional Chinese for not being able to find a clip with eng sub but still posting it here... found an English sub ver

the clip is real (except for the background music which was added in by some pple) (the new clip has no music)
